All packages shipped within the USA are shipped Standard shipping.
Standard shipping options are always either USPS, or UPS. If you prefer one or the other, please call ahead. Depending on which one you want to go with, there might be an extra charge for this specified service.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of product delivery for exchange, refund, repair or credit. **No returns accepted on electrical items.
For a return to be accepted the original tags must be attached and product must be in its original condition. Items should not have any pet hair or strong odors. The customer is responsible for shipping fees accrued in sending the original item back to Seadoogear.com.
